April 2012 Peer Mentoring: What is it? How can I do it if I want to? http://sci-health.org/resources/peer-mentor-training-manual March 2012 - WheelchairWRX- For users of assistive technology (AT) and durable medical equipment (DME), preventive maintenance and timely repair are essential to maintaining employment and contributing as independent members of society. Since 2004, the Pathways to Independence Project and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (UW-CREATe) have been working together on issues related to DME maintenance and repair. WheelchairWRX is the culmination of this collaboration. The goal for this project is to provide the user with enhanced independence through improvements in DME while at the same time reducing costs for providing DME.

September 2011 - GT Mobility brought us some of their newest accessible vehicle options.
